We spent last night right on the Utah Nevada border. I could have literally thrown a rock across it from our trailer. It rained most of the night and hard at times. But when we got up this morning and looked out side…
So obviously we thought that we were in for a sunny day, but that’s not exactly what we got. It rained off and on during the day and it still is.
While the sun shines we look for interesting thing to take pictures of but with limited success.
And of course, when it’s raining who wants to get out and take a picture. Besides, this is what there is mile after mile.
For a while we thought this was about all the fall color we would see in Nevada.
But if you look real hard in the middle of this mountain there is some great fall color. The only problem is it’s probably at least 5 miles away and that’s as close as you can get.
But that’s OK because there was plenty of road to look at.
Any way we’re in Reno tonight and we’ll be home early tomorrow. We had a great trip, visited with great friends, saw some great sites took lots of pictures and had a good time together. And tomorrow will will be happy to be home again.
