OK now.

And we are currently camped in Checotah,OK. However, last night we were across the street from Graceland. I just happens to be one of the better RV parks in Memphis.

So this morning we caught one more attraction in Memphis before hitting the road, the ducks at the Peabody Hotel.

Every morning for more than 70 years trained ducks march from the elevator across the room and into the fountain and back again in the afternoon.

There’s a story behind it but if you want to know more you can look it up.

Today as we drove I was lamenting the fact that even when you see things along the freeway you can’t really stop to take a picture.

So Connie got my camera and I helped her set it up for 65mph pictures and we started practicing on road signs. We have quite a collection now and we’ll be ready for other things as well.

I wish we had though about this sooner. Any way we’ve been on I40 since North Carolina and will be on it until New Mexico.

This RV park had a lake near by  and I took a few snaps as it was getting dark.
