The rest stop of the story

We don’t have much in the way of scenery to offer you today. We had been traveling on highways up till now and there were more things to see and more chances to stop.

But today was almost all Interstates and Turnpikes.

Oklahoma has way more trees than Kansas, but that makes it a little bit harder to see what’s out there. They do have some beautiful rest stops and interesting picnic table covers though.

Arkansas seems even more wooded and the green rolling hills are abundant as  you can see from yet another beautiful rest stop view.

Connie tells me the flower here is honeysuckle and the rest stop was surrounded with it.

Here is something we really like about Arkansas! I got gas for $3.39 twice today. The best price yet.
Tomorrow, photos from Graceland and Memphis!
